Learn to photograph like a pro! Light Studio is a 3D-modeling system for light with tutorials for the classic compositions of light in portrait photography by professional photographer Teemu Kuusimurto.
The program includes tutorials for all classic compositions of one light in portraiture, several two and three light sets and a 3D-modeling system which you can use to to test your own lighting patterns.
To use most of these classic light patterns in your photos, all equipment you need is your iPhone and a window or the Sun. Naturally, the same light sets are also used with studio lights and external flashes every time a pro takes a flattering portrait photo.
Lighting patterns are all about light on face. This means it doesnt matter which lens you use or from which angle you take your photo. These patterns make your subjects face always look as good as possible. Thats why you can use these lights with any photo, regardless you shoot it outside or in a studio, with your expensive middle format camera, SLR, point-and-shoot or iPhone. Learn to light like a pro!

Great knowledge kinda stupid that you have to pay for the extra stuff!
Not bad app. You can play with lights on your subject to see other shadows. Amateurs can gain some knowledge here if you have never played with shadow before. Works fine on iphone4.
After initial purchase dont buy other package Waste of money.
Some bad moments
The user interface is very buggy. Unacceptable for a non-free app, especially one that asks you to pay extra for new content.
I bought this app, and had chance to learn a few tricks with it, however the coding quality is so bad, that I cant use it anymore.
Everytime I fire up it crashes after 2 secs or so, and forbid me from using it.
I bought in app content before it all started Ive spent so far 6 bucks in it and just do not work.
If you value your money DO NOT BUY IT! You will not be able to use it anyway.
Great idea for an app. Really wish it worked. Crashes immediately after launch.
Please fix it! When i slide the example photos ive to terminate the app, because i cant go back to the main menu the buttons disappears... Secondly the link to their website is wrong, it links to a jet company...
What a joke!!! They steal your money and offer nothing in return. App crashes every single time I try to use it. One must be quite arrogant not to fix the bugs after all the complaints from unhappy customers!
Unfortunately with many updates Apple has made in software this product is in need of an API update itself. The current version of this app keeps crashing when opening. I am not sure how to get a hold of the actual developer, but it would be nice to use this app again.
